Hi guys!

First of, my name is Daniel Willyam, pronounce “Willem.” I was born in Indonesia, South East Asia. I am of Dutch and Indonesian descent. Primarily I speak Bahasa Indonesia (which is my native language), Dutch and German or Deutsch.  I used to be able to speak Russian, Japanese, Cantonese, Italian, Arabic, and Farsi; However, because of a car accident I have an amnesia to parts on my brain for language skill and now I still understand some foreign language but at minimal proficiency. I am still learning how to talk again, how to walk again and learning about my self again from pictures and videos and stories from my friends and a journal that I kept.

My hobbies includes Phillately (Stamp Collecting), Numismatics (Coin Collecting), Drawing, Photography, Bungee Jumping, Sky Diving, Linguistics, Swimming, Football (Soccer to Americans), Computers and Culinary Arts.

Most of my friends calls me Jansen, a nickname that has stuck with me since highschool. I have a bachelor’s on Psychology from the University of Trisakti in Indonesia. I was in the US Navy for 6 honorable years and I enjoyed every bit of it, it was a really enjoyable experience for me. I have two younger brothers and two younger sisters, I have seven friends with first name Christopher, hence my other nickname is the Anti Chris. My best friend Christopher Kaiser is in Austin and he is more like a brother to me, he graduated UT Austin with Communications Degree. I drive a black Mazda 6i, my second car and I love it.

Currently I am attending the Art Institute of Dallas majoring in Interactive Media Design. I hope that I can make as many friends as I can in this school as my previous schools and place of employments. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to ask me or address it to me.
