I hate Time Warner Cable!
I have Time Warner Cable in my apartment since April 07, and I fucking Hate it! If only I can get other internet service, but it is impossible since I don’t have land lines phone.
Anyway, let this be a lesson for you guys out there that are thinking about getting Time Warner Cable for internet service and cable Tv, don’t get it from them.
What had happened was that I have been having service interruption from their network since the day I got the damn service. The bad part is that I called them several times and the problem never got resolved. First they told me maybe it was the router than they came here and change it, but that didn’t solve the problem since I always get dropped from the network. Then they say it was because they were updating their network connection, yet I don’t see any of them mofo around here doing anything to any cable outlets or underground system, WTF!!! Then this time around, they told me maybe it is my computer, so I got pissed off and tell them that it can’t be my fucking computer or my PS3 or the Xbox 360 or the Wii, because I built my own computer with way better peripherals that manufactured computers, also the fucking problem is that all off my electronics can connect to my neighbor’s wireless internet but it can not connect to my damn wireless connection, because everytime I’m on it a couple of minutes or hours later that I got dropped from the damn connection that I paid over $100 a month to get.
So, I fucking called them and told them that I need a technician to come over here and fucking take care of it and fix it or fucking take the router back and fuckin return my fuckin money!
Lets just see what happens next wednesday when they come over here and tell me another stupid lame ass excuse why the internet kept dropping me from my damn wireless connection.
Fucking assholes!

Yes i have had the same problems and was just on the phone with them and it’s the same bs they fed me last time. The tech comes out here and strolls around the house looking for a reason to leave or not have the right parts to fix it. They come here and say nothing is wrong with our network configuration (i know there isn’t b/c i set that shit up and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to read instructions and do it right, and that’s the average person. My whole family and I have been in computer oriented programs for years..) Time warner is a horrible service, esspecially for internet. They knew i was having problems with all 3 of their services (and unbareable ones at that, tv looked like a dvd playing that had been dragged by a car, phone and internet disconnects requiring me to power cycle EVERYTHING in my network and that only works sometimes…) I even threatened to switch to dish network and researched everything with my facts strait unless they figured out the problem and perminatly fixed it. The assholes got as far as coming to my house preparing to disassemble their hardware when finally they agreed to take $25 dollars off my account and refund the two movies i rented from their service and couldnt watch b/c it skipped. $25 lousy dollars off my $120 bill owed for services that didn’t fucking work……. talk about customer service… It has been 3 months now and stuff is progressivly getting better, the tv is tollerable but the internet and phone disconnect 3-4 times a day…. They’re sending another one of their techs with down syndrome out on monday to “look into it” even though i’m gonna end up suggesting solutions or asking questions that go over his dumb ass head…

oh yeah, btw i have xbox live and there’s nothing more frusterating then being on the phone playing in an online tourney and getting disconnected dropping my call and dropping rank in all my games.. i’ve already had to make a new game tag b/c i “lost” so many matches (connections) that my rank is froze at an average level.

First I would like to say thank you for your comments.
Unfortunately the area in Dallas, TX that I live does not have any other internet service that can provide better internet connection unless I have land lines phones; which is really really stupid because as a college student and some one who have knowledge in technology, my Motorola Q9h provides me my phone connection by use of AT&T (formerly Cingular Network).
I can always get a Dish network or other satelite options, but the DAMN Satellite ALWAYS have to face south, while my apartment faces North
Well, I guess when my lease is up I’ll just move somewhere.
